This is effective, reality-based, legally-defensible, Self Defence.

Using Breakaway & Escape techniques (freeing yourself from being grabbed or held), Conflict Avoidance, Personal Safety Awareness and Situational Awareness, our Self Defence syllabus has been developed using the 28 years experience in Self Defence, Kung Fu and Kickboxing, of our Chief Instructor, Ed Hodgson.

We do not train for rules-based competition fighting.

We teach students to be able to ultimately avoid, or quickly and effectively deal with a physical threat to their personal safety or the safety of others…
