Comfortable clothes such as a T-shirt and joggers are perfect. You’ll receive a training T-shirt and gloves if you continue after your Introductory Class.

The Teens & Adults Programme at Trinity Martial Arts & Self Defence provides practical self-defence, confidence building, fitness and mindset training for ages 13+.
