No. Most students start with no martial arts background. We support you step by step.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes such as a T-shirt and joggers are perfect. You’ll receive a training T-shirt and gloves if you continue after your Introductory Class.

Is the atmosphere intense or aggressive?

Not at all. Our training is supportive, structured and ego-free.
